We use our experience to help you navigate the entire process, from negotiating interim parenting-time schedules, guiding clients through the custodial forensic/family evaluation and Parental Coordination process, to assisting with modifying existing custodial agreements where circumstances have substantially changed. We have also successfully represented and defended clients in cases involving the Geographic Relocation of one parent and, Sibling and Grandparent’s Visitation rights in the Supreme Court, Family Court, Surrogate’s Court and Appellate level.
