Randi Isaacs

Randi Isaacs is an attorney with more than 30 years’ experience practicing in all aspects of Family & Matrimonial Law, and the founding Member of The Isaacs Firm PLLC. Randi is a dedicated and hands-on attorney who works hard to achieve a favorable result for all of her clients, from hedge fund managers, investment bankers, doctors, business owners, to artists, writers, and homemakers. Randi is sensitive to the impact a divorce can have on children, and understands the financial consequences to a family that may result from a marital dissolution. She finds helping people, and protecting those in need of protection, fulfilling. In addition to her adult clientele, Randi has been appointed by Matrimonial Judges of the Supreme Court in New York County as Attorney for The Child, Law Guardian and/or Guardian ad Litem, to represent children from more than 30 families in contested custody cases between their parents. Known to find common ground even where there appears to be none, Randi is experienced both in negotiating and structuring settlements and, in litigating  matters through trial and appeal, when a settlement is not possible. 

For more than 18 years, Randi has been rated AV® Preeminent ™ (the highest rating for both legal ability and ethics) by Martindale-Hubbell, an authoritative resource for peer review of legal professionals. Randi was also named a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine, NY Metro Area in each year since 2014 and, to the “Top Matrimonial & Family Law Attorneys,” ”Legal Elite,” and “NYC’s Top Women Attorneys” by Avenue Magazine, in December 2010, October 2011, and 2012, respectively.

Randi is a member of several distinguished bar associations, having served as Co-Chair of the Matrimonial Law Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association for 6 years between 2002 and 2008 (and, a Member of its Board of Directors from 2006 to 2010), a Delegate to the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York from 2008 to 2010 and, as a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee.  

Proudly born in Brooklyn, New York, Randi earned her B.A. in Law & Society from Binghamton University in 1989 and, her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1992. She was admitted to both the New York and Connecticut State bars in 1993, and happily resides in New York City.

Dina Coniglio

Dina Coniglio is a Paralegal and Office Manager at the Isaacs Firm PLLC. Dina entered the field of Matrimonial & Family Law in March 2008, when she joined Randi Isaacs at her then firm. Prior to that, Dina spent twelve years as a paralegal handling foreclosure matters, also in New York City.

Dina earned her B.A. from SUNY Old Westbury in 1991 and, her Paralegal Professional Certificate in 1993, after completing the ABA approved Paralegal Program at Adelphi University. Dina was born and raised in Jericho, New York. She loves the beach and spending time with her family and, is an asset to The Isaacs Firm.
